New for 2026: fixed group departures with deposit booking

Six fixed-date group tours across Ghana, Tanzania and South Africa, now bookable online with a deposit rather than the full amount.
From this season you can hold a place on any of our fixed group departures with a deposit instead of paying in full, and settle the balance closer to travel.
The deposit is shown on each package page and is calculated per traveller. Payment goes through Paystack, so card, mobile money and bank transfer all work, and you receive a booking reference immediately.
Group sizes stay small — between eight and sixteen travellers — with one of our own consultants accompanying each departure. Where a departure does not reach its minimum, we will tell you at least six weeks ahead and either move you to another date or refund in full.
Balance reminders go out by email and WhatsApp at sixty and thirty days before departure. If your plans change, deposits are transferable to another departure in the same calendar year.
